Smart move. He still maintains a Facebook page, but it contains nothing about the incident.

UPDATE x 2: According to Laura Cole ofSacramento.CBSLocal.com, Charles Schmidt, the fan struck by CM Punk Raw, is considering hiring an attorney for a possiblelawsuit.
As noted earlier today, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department took a report but said there won’t be an investigation because the fan didn’t want to press charges and didn’t appear to be injured.
