We reported earlier that WWE has announced that they are partnering with the Rolling Stones for the Stones’ return to the stage. The Stones are returning with four arena shows; two in London’s O2 Arena on November 25th and 29th, and two in the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on December 13th and the 15th. The final of those shows will be distributed by WWE via PPV at 9 PM ET, with the show titled “One More Night.”
Keith Richards said in the press release, “Sorry to keep you all hanging around but the waiting is over. I’ve always said the best place for rock and roll is on the stage and the same is true for the Stones. I’m here with Mick, Charlie and Ronnie and everything is rocking. See you very soon!”
Vince McMahon added, “WWE is ecstatic to bring The Rolling Stones into your living room, live on Pay-Per-View for “One More Shot,” the last date of their 50th anniversary shows.”
