(1) Brodus Clay pinned JTG with his big splash. Decent five-minute match to get the crowd warmed up. Lexington loved the Funkasaurus.
(2) Antonio Cesaro pinned Alex Riley after a distraction by Aksana. Pretty good match. The crowd was solidly behind Riley, as usual.
(3) Divas champion Layla pinned Beth Phoenix to retain the Divas Title. Lots of stalling with Layla playing with Beth’s crown. Not the best match.
(4) Intercontinental champion The Miz pinned Zack Ryder to retain the IC Title in a Fan’s Choice Street Fight. Probably the match of the night, though only a chair and kendo stick were used.
(5) WWE tag champions Kofi Kingston & R-Truth beat Prime Time Players and Epico & Primo in a triple threat elimination Tag Title match after Team Rosa was eliminated. AW provided commentary throughout the match and, yes, they did have a false win with Kofi’s foot being knocked off the bottom rope.
(6) U.S. champion Santino pinned William Regal with the Cobra to retain the U.S. Title. Surprisingly, the worst match of the night. It went way too long with too much stalling, had no heat to it, and barely moved out of first gear. A shame.
(7) Tensai pinned Tyson Kidd with a back splash. Not much to say here. Tyson got an okay reaction.
(8) John Cena beat Big Show in a cage match. Again, about what you’d expect. The crowd ate it up. Lots of nearfalls.
Most Cheers:
(1) Cena
(2) Brodus Clay
(3) Ryder
Most Boos:
(1) Big Show
(2) Miz (after cutting a promo on University of Kentucky)
