– According to TMZ.com, the Ultimate Warrior will not face criminal charges following sports memorabilia dealer Christopher Elias accused him of fraud.
Elias filed a police report last week, claiming he paid Warrior $28,000 for merchandise, including ring-worn wrestling trunks, and says Warrior never gave him the merchandise.
A representative for the Sante Fe Sheriff Department says that the they investigated the matter and can’t determine whether any fraud took place. Police have deemed this a civil matter, and the court will handle things from here. Warrior’s representative added the following…
