– Jimmy Fallon’s production company, Holiday Road, recently pitched a wrestling-themed sitcom to NBC. The show has a tentative title of “Slammed” and was written by one of Fallon’s writers. It takes place behind-the-scenes of a wrestling promotion.
– Former WWE talent Adam Copeland (a/k/a Edge) appeared on a Canadian morning radio show Wednesday promoting his upcoming appearances on Syfy’s supernatural drama series Haven. He explained that he cut his signature locks last spring prior to his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame because he didn’t want to be a 40-year-old with a ponytail and there were no tables, ladders and chairs in his life.
